Aren’t skilled talent, conscious effort in forming/supporting teams, aligning all stakeholders, and communication essential success factors for any team, even colocated ones?

Granted, remote work is ruthless regarding communication issues and will break down fast if comms are broken. Collocation can help survive longer and mitigate comms issues by the fact ppl are around each other in the same office space, but if communication is broken/doesn’t flow properly, event colocated teams/project suffer greatly (I’ve worked in quite a few places like that).
